I cannot begin to express the stunning level of customer service provided by Fox. I called at 3:45 pm with an issue regarding a newly installed air conditioning unit. The staff was amazing and swift to answer my call and get a service tech out to my house at 5:30 pm on the same day - far exceeding my expectations. The service tech was patient and thorough and worked the issue until it was fully resolved. He was terrific. I could not be happier with Fox and its staff. Thank you.

Evan Conklin Plumbing and Heating is THE company to call for any type of hot water situation. I worked there as an apprentice about 4 years ago, and can attest to the integrity of the owner. Since then, I have started my own plumbing business, and have referred them for boiler repairs. Their man, Anthony, is a walking encyclopedia of boiler knowledge, and Evan knows everything there is to know about plumbing, heating, and nuclear reactors. I highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

My go to for all of my plumbing needs. We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. Tyler is fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Great service. Our water heater pipes were leaking, the technician came down right on time and was very professional. I was given an estimate within about 2 minutes on his ipad. Price was fair. Although he did unfortunately damage a very small section of the 20 year old plastic pipe (it was super brittle, not his fault) he fixed that up too for the same cost overall. Whole thing was done in about 3.5 hours. Totally will use these people again, I even appreciate how professional and timely they were on the phone too. This place has it down to a science!! Thank you!
