I hired complete trenchless in Oct to replace a leaking water main connecting water meter from the street to my house, which is about 50 yard long. After talking to several contractors, their price is the best. Initially, I had some hesitation since the company is relatively new. I think previously, the company's name is full bore. Cesar told me that he changed the name because he wasn't in this business for 2 years due to some personal reasons. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a chance.

They arrived on time and the whole job took about 6 hours. It is December now, no leak so far. Today, seattle has the coldest weather, and the waterline wasn't frozen. Now, I feel more comfortable to write a review as I want to see if their work can endure the test of time.

Overall, I am happy with their work. The only downside is it is a bit difficult to communicate with the workers during the day of the work. Cesar told me he would ensure at least one of the crew speaks English, but in reality, very limited. It is not a big concern to me since the work is solid.

In the end, I also got my paid invoice so I can be reimbursed from the utility company due to the leak.

Few things I learned along the way if you have a water main leak:
1. If it can be done trenchlessly ( drilled ), don't do it with manual digging. Trenchless is always cheaper and better.
2. Hire drilling contractors directly. Hiring someone that will subcontract the job will always cost you more.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

I called a couple of companies, before I called Raymark, to have someone come out and find a leak between my meter and house shut off. The first two referred me to a leak detection company. While waiting for them to return my call, I contacted Raymark and spoke with Kami who wanted to have a technician come out to assess the problem, at no cost to me. Ty, the technician, showed up shortly afterwards and spotted the leak just below my living room and he and his partner (can't remember his name but he had to LOW Crawl to get to the leak) repaired the leak. While they were working, the leak detection company called and told me it would cost $350 just to come out for two hours to locate the leak! I was impressed with Raymark from the time I spoke to Kami to the time I said good bye to the two technicians. Also, after Ty quoted the cost of the repair, he announced when they finished that he was taking $150 off because they were able to complete the repair in less time. Talk about honesty!

My sink was blocked, so I phoned a plumber. The man arrived and performed an excellent job. He was has a wonderful work ethic, came up early in the morning, & did the task swiftly.

$500 for 20 min. They did what they said they would, scope a drain for up to 200 ft. They found a blockage after 15 ft and 10 min. If that is the only problem, I will be happy. If not, I will have to learn to do this myself. I can’t afford $30 per foot.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
