Raman was great. He was able to to get us on his schedule within a couple of days, arrived within the time window he provided, did a thorough job, and cleaned up afterwards. He also provided some guidance on how to keep the line clear (gunked up just from regular use). His rate was reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.

I used Raymark a year ago to have a supply shut off valve installed when we had the wall opened up in our kitchen. They came out a few days later and installed the valve. For what ever reason they came out with 2 guys and my charge was over $800.00. I was shocked by the price because of how little material was used and how quickly they had finished the job, but I had no idea what to expect as far as pricing as I had not asked for an estimate before hand, I didn't think too much about it after that -after all, they did a good job. The guys were very nice and professional.

This morning I awoke to a small lake in our utility room and discovered that our water heater was leaking... a lot. I contacted Raymark and asked about scheduling & pricing. I wanted to be sure I had an idea of what to expect as far as pricing (If the shut off valve was $800 the water heater is sure to be substantially more expensive, I want to make sure my credit card can handle this). 50 gal. gas water heater in an accessible spot in the house, pretty strait forward, as far as my untrained eyes can tell...
They were unwilling to give an estimate over the phone even a vague ball park estimate.
To Raymark, my concerns in any service industry include quality and pricing, I won't sacrifice quality for price, if the price is too low that should throw a red flag, if too high, also red flag. I simply wanted an idea on price. They flat told me No pricing over the phone, if you want the cheapest I suggest you call _________. I'm already frustrated as I'm standing in water in my utility room, now I'm being discarded as a cheap client. Cool. Ill find someone else.

Green House Plumbing came out to install 2 faucets, re-do some faucets, install a new tankless, and re-do a shower. They did a solid job in a short period of time. We had some issues with smelling gas and the water not being hot in the shower afterwards, and GHP sent out a plumber THAT DAY to look into it. Determined the gas was unrelated and fixed the shower in 15 minutes. Appreciate the attention to customer feedback, responsiveness via email (somewhat rare with some contractors!), and professionalism.
