If you have an emergency call Beacon Plumbing! Matt was great! We had a distressed tenant with a clogged kitchen sink about 8:30 on a Saturday night. Matt was there in less than an hour. It was a great experience calling Beacon Plumbing--my third attempt to get help that night from companies that adverised 24/7 but only Beacon really offered it, Matt was clear, communicative and competent! And friendly!

I just had my AC diagnosed and fixed by Radonis. He was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly as to what the issue was. I was worried that the cost would be high, but it was reasonable especially considering Radonis going above and beyond. I was extremely satisfied and will use them again for any future need and ask for Radonis again.

I decided to install a ductless mini-split system in my condo after the last few summers of heat and smoke in Washington. I previously hired SeaTown to install a few ceiling lights with a good outcome, and so added them into the mix for this project. The service was outstanding. Colton S. Came to the initial consultation with a plan, clearly explained all options and left it up to us to decide. We contacted them next day with a decision and a few weeks later they arrived to install which took two days. The work was done really well, efficiently within the two-day timeframe, and the HOA approved of the exterior elements of the system without any issues. The main project manager, Shaun Hensler, is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. It is hard to imagine anyone that knows more about installing these systems than he does, and with the passion he has for this type of work. His assistant Jaime was great as well. Shaun was a good communicator through the project and handled a few after-install tweaks immediately the next business day first thing in the morning. Seatown has a no-interest financing program that I opted for 24 months for payment flexibility, and using that service was seamless. I liked everyone and everything with this experience and therefore signed up for their bi-annual service plan as I expect that we will be very happy with this as well. I would highly recommend SeaTown for installing mini-splits, and any other home services that a homeowner might need.
