These people are the ones you want to pass their business cards out to everyone you see. My elderly father had plumbing issues just to start with the kitchen sink. Called another local plumber(why?) which was prepared to take my father for a financial rollercoaster ride. Called the local Beacon on late Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday because we didn't want to pay the weekend/after-hour fees. No issues there one price all the time, REALLY. Fixer arrived the next day after (quite timely) and assessed my damage on day one. He then took the necessary steps to get my ceiling prepped for the next visit. After a short discussion, he told me that he would be back in another day to complete the task. True to his word he was! Did a great job and fixed my issue. Very pleased with the service.
