Andrew (Drew), Ping, Christian, and Zach were incredibly professional in handling a serious pipe leak situation which occurred at my parents' home while they were away on travel. I discovered the issue while checking the house late on a Friday night and these guys showed up very quickly after just having taken care of another emergency situation at a nearby residence. They were all courteous and efficient in cleaning up and mitigating further damage and I cannot thank them enough for their empathy and hard work. Thank you so much again, guys!

My garbage disposal had an active leak and it was the weekend. I called Mr. Rooter to get an estimate for replacing a garbage disposal. They said they will not quote an estimate over the phone, only when a technician looks at it (charge of $39).When he arrived, the technician said it will cost over $600 - to replace the garbage disposal. Since I waited half-day for them to arrive, and had an active leak, I paid the $600 to replace the garbage disposal and vowed that I will never recommend Mr. Rooter to any of my associates or friends. Mr. Rooter knew that I was desperate and took advantage of me by overcharging me for a garbage disposal replacement. The low $39 fee was clearly used as bait so Mr. Rooter can overcharge desperate customers with active plumbing leaks.

They are very efficient in fixing my clogged kitchen sink. They are stick to the price they gave out and the price is very reasonable. High recommend them to anyone!

I've had positive experiences with The Plumbing Joint. Recently, I needed TPJ to fix an issue with my tub water supply pipe. Tyler showed up on time, got right to work, and finished in 15 minutes! When I asked Tyler to check another issue, he gladly did so. In total, he took care of two issues within 30 minutes! Thank you TPJ!
