The reason for 1 star is not their service but they charged me $961.00 for an excess water tank replacement. Yes the service was delivered at 9:00 pm and I had panicked so didn't check anywhere else, but I was totally ripped off. I am going to explore all other avenues to file a complaint against them.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Marshawn Lynch this is the company you endorse....good on you bro!!

Giovanni was very professional & prompt! He arrived early, answered my questions and explained to me everything he was going to do. He showed me the video of my sewer so that I could visualize the problem. I am very happy with his service and Roto Rooter. Their prices are reasonable & they tell you upfront how much it will cost (not do the job then add additional charges/fees like some companies). All in all I would recommend Giovanni & Roto Rooter to all my friends.

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
