Im writing this review on behalf of my grandmother. She’s always had issues with companies trying to rip her off and overcharge her seeing she’s an easy target. Thank you tweedy for the quality service and being actual human beings

Bobby was excellent in so many ways to help us with our tankless water heater! At the start, Orange Coast Plumbing sent us a text that their plumber was on the way.They gave us his name and a photo of him. Highly professional. Bobby was very respectful of our home. He asked if we wanted him to wear booties over his shoes, asked if he may come in, asked if we wanted him to knock each time he returned from his truck or may he just walk in. He began by asking me why we did not go back to the company that installed our tankless water heater. I told him why I did not have confidence in their honesty. He said that hurt his heart, that he knows people like that give all plumbers a bad name, and he wanted to help us have confidence in a plumber again. He diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater and explained options for us. Bobby spent a good amount of time working with the manufacturer to get us parts under warrantee. He is an educator and explained everything to us. In the course of the conversation, we told him of other plumbing questions we had for our home. We brought up that we have thought of getting a whole house water filter. He took time to research one that would meet our exacting specifications and gave us an estimate that even included, at our request, placing a vent over pipes that would need to go around a part of our house and painting the vent to match the paint on our house (with our paint) so as to hide the pipes and create the best appearance for our home. He strongly encouraged us to get other estimates from other reputable plumbers for a whole house filter, and said he wanted to give us enough information and education that we could ask all the questions we want while comparing whole house filters. He asked if there was anything we wish he would have done differently so he can use feedback to better help other people in his work. He said he wants to be our go-to plumber. He gave us whole house water filter brochures to look over and asked if we would like his personal cell phone number so we can reach him if we have any questions. What more could he possibly have done?!!!
