He spent about 5 minutes diagnosing, he knew what the issue was after another minute, and fixed the issue a minute after that. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. Serve Right was incredible. They removed an old water softener and installed a new one. The team was friendly and explained the process in a easy to understand way. They showed us how to replace future filters. They also replaced our water heater line that was corroding. Very professional and kind.
