Extremely efficient, reliable and professional! I called Acute Plumbing because my gas heater stopped working. They told me that somebody will come to make a free assessment. Less than two hours later, Allen stopped by my home. He was admirably efficient and nice. He checked and fixed the ignition first. When noticed that it was not only a problem of ignition but also of the valve, he replaced the valve, and now the gas heater works perfectly. We didn’t have to replace the whole gas heater as some other company advised. Very happy with Allen’s approach —to check and try to fix problems before replacing all equipment for a new one without assuring it definitely cannot work. Totally Recommended.

We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. Warning for anyone having their home repiped by Americal plumbing. We recently had our condo repiped. We left during the days of the repipe and came home before they painted to see progress and came home to a dusty mess. Americal Plumbing did not cover any of our furniture or appliances while they worked. They left debri on the floors and shelving, marks on the floors and dust on the walls and all over anything exposed. They refuse to cooperate in helping to get my house cleaned. I have 2 kids with Asthma so this was infuriating!

Aren’t they supposed to cover the work area and clean up after they finish?

Did anyone else have a bad experience?

I have contacted Americal Plumbing, Ross Construction and the HOA and Im still waiting for over two weeks to get help to at least clean my carpets snd upholstery. I’ve already deep cleaned the rest myself.
