We had high water preasure in the house that caused damage to our water softener system. Piotr came along with his associate and took his time to remedy the problem in a very through and professional manner.

Shannon came out to change my valves for my new washer and dryer that was going to be delivered. One thing lead to another, when he shut the water off. My Shower had no pressure when the hot water came through. And my cold water, but that had a little more pressure. Shannon fixed the problem but was here longer then he should have been. And he had to claim over my stacked unit which wasn’t an easy task.Shannon did a good job. Thank you.Kelly was very nice and helpful too.

I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
I am forever grateful for them for helping me out when the other plumbing company messed up. Not to mention they over fair prices to the other company I had hired.
Be careful what plumbing companies you use and always get multiple quotes so you can see which ones are taking advantage of you, Professional Plumbing is one of the GOOD ONES!

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

I called for a toilet installation and a camera inspection. I had been having trouble with my kitchen sink fir a while now, and they fixed the issue! Very polite and professional group of guys. They mentioned they are just starting their business therefore were able to give me a lower price than those big companies. Thanks guys!! I am really glad we chose SIMPEX for our re-pipe in July 2022. Four months later and I am still a very happy customer. I have no regrets! The value and service is excellent. The company is very professional and offers a great warranty. They were willing to get permits and the city inspector said that Simpex did above and beyond what was required in the re-pipe process. The whole re-pipe was done in one day and the next day the drywall and patching was completed. I had very little time without water. This is a huge plus when you are doing a re-pipe.

Dante, the sales rep, came to our home on time and offered us many options. I had a lot of questions regarding keeping our fairly new water heater vs. purchasing a tankless and whether we should get a recirculation pump to get hot water faster. Dante answered everything thoroughly and professionally. He was not trying to upsell me, instead he gave me honest advice and I chose to do the whole house repipe with the Uponor Pex and a Halo water filtration system, and change three shower valves in my bathrooms, while keeping my almost new water heater. This was just right for my family and my home.

The pipes are so quiet now. I have excellent water pressure. The hot water is hot right away. (I didn't go with the recirculation pump, Dante was right, we didn't need it). The Halo water filtration system is excellent. We now have clean drinking and washing water with a significant reduction in scale and it is maintenance free.

As you can see, I am a detailed person, I did my research and interviewed several local plumbers and asked neighbors who had re-piped. I got several quotes, all were much higher priced than Simpex and the other companies were unable to complete the job in one day. Tanya, in the office, was always pleasant and helpful with scheduling and pricing. At one point I even spoke with the owner, Brian who answered all my questions regarding my shower valves and risers thoroughly. Lastly, Joseph helped us finalize all the details and we didn't pay until we were completely satisfied.

Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. I never thought twice about my water heater. To be completely honest I totally forgot about that thing in my garage. I get back from my vacation to come home with a leaking water heater and NO hot water. Called around, and kept getting the companies that wanted to come out and give me an estimate. Found quick water heater online. Their website has all their pricing and is strait forward. Luke came out fixed it right away and was gone. I highly recommend this company

Nick from Parvizal provided excellent customer service AND technical expertise in clearing my kitchen sinks yesterday.

He cleared a large bag and some metal wire (yes) that was lodged deep in the pipes. It was not an easy or quick job, but Nick was professional and positive throughout.

Nick ensured everything was working perfectly and left the area cleaner than when he found it. Having a professional Parzival plumber made a big difference in this job.

My wallet is sad because no one enjoys paying for home improvements, especially $6k worth, but they couldn’t have sent a better installer my way. Danny was so pleasant, he explained everything he was doing and even made sure I knew I could apply for a rebate with the gas company. I don’t think he was going to take a break from the hard work but I bribed him with a sub sandwich from Firehouse Subs 😁. I would say he was at my home for over 6 hours and when I asked if he got to go home now, he said he was headed out to help with other needed work. I think a customer should get to nominate an MVP for installers, and my vote goes to Danny. Give him a raise, he sure deserves it!

I had my heater not getting hot water at my business so i called this company and the technician came . But the heater was located up in the ceiling so i was told they will have to charge me $200 to go up check up just for checking up!
Result?? He didn’t fix anything, just left with the money i paid after that i called another company got my heater fixed.

Couldn't be happier with their service. I called on Oct 18th at night at 9:30pm for a clogged toilet. Their technician Ken promptly gave me a quote over the phone and came fixed it up at 10:23pm. It took him more than half an hour. When he left it was close to midnight. They helped me so much because it's the only bathroom!
