Tim and another gentleman and I wish I got his name they came out because we were having a hot water heater problem and they’ve been out before and just the greatest guys ever and we end up having to replace the hot water heater and they got it done yesterday sweet guys totally professional and let us know what was going on every step of the way just really good guys and I hope you guys give them major props ! When the Moffett plumbing team member (Luis) showed up at my place, he took extra care to make sure that his feet were clean, and that there was even a piece of carpet that he carried and walked on to protect my home and carpet. He took every care and precaution to make sure that his estimate was clear and easy to understand, and provided me with a full written plan at the end of our time together. From the advertisement that I saw on Instagram, to the receptionist that set the appointment, and then, to the appointment that was kept by Luis… It was super pro and super clear and helpful all the way.
