We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

It is rare to find a plumbing company who stand by their company name and standard of work and are willing to provide this level of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied. I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. The recent heavy rain caused some flooding to my backyard, I made a emergency call to Fanti Plumbing, spoke with Robert and he came over as soon as he could to check out what was going on. After assessing the situation, I chose to hydro jet the draining system in my back yard because it was clogged and causing the flooding. Robert used a camera to inspect the drains from the front of the house curb to the end of the pipes and ultimately there was root intrusion within the pipes and it caused damaged/cracking to the pipes underneath the cement. So glad I called Fanti Plumbing, they are very honest and upfront about pricing. Pricing is fair and the quality of work matches. I will be calling Fanti Plumbing to move forward with the repairs that need to be made.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.
