After a shaky start two technicians arrived and completed the work quickly. The workmanship looks good and now my fireplace is back up and working.

UPDATE: I have called Scott English plumbing for my household needs probably 5-6 times now over the years. They are just exceptional. Every Tech has been professional, super clean and really experienced. On this visit, I worked with Mike Whelan. He explained everything to me, and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable. What an amazingly good experience. I had a wonderful, polite and extremely professional plumber named Nate come to help me with my water heater problem. I had been having burner problems for 6 months and couldn't handle it any longer. After his diagnosis and upon his advise that I agreed completely with I thought it best to go with a new water heater. He in no way pressured me into anything and agreed to do whatever I felt comfortable with. He sat me up with a great water heater at a fair and reasonable price. He removed the old one and installed the new one. His work was meticulous and very professional, I could tell he takes pride in his work. I could not be happier and will definitely be a repeat customer, I will make a point to ask for Nate each time. Thanks to Nate and Moffett Plumbing for a job well done.

I am bringing him back for water heater and so much more. His knowledge of tankless is second to none.

They are always on time and make sure the job is done the first time. Anytime there are issues after the repair has been done, Serve Rite will go back out right away and check up on their work.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing.
