Best Toilet Repair Replace in Santa Ana CA

Called Tweedy to unclog a pipe that was causing a back up. They temporarily unclogged the pipe but a few weeks later the problem re occurred causing a huge mess.

When I called them back to come and fix it properly they wanted to charge me like I was an entirely new customer (no discount, no responsibility whatsoever) and only wanted to talk about all the potential issues that could be causing this. I didn't care about that, I'm not a plumber, I called them to fix it not lecture me on various plumbing issues!!!!!!

They clearly did not properly fix the problem correctly the first time. In my opinion these guys are a bunch of bandits.

Their initial assessment is $85 but I ended up paying over $400 for a job that wasn't properly performed. I've learned my lesson, I will never use them again.

Bottom line, they didn't fix my problem. They take no accountability for their incompetance. These guys are a joke.....and yes...I am happy to share my experience with others, especially when they don't stand behind their work. Great talkers lousy plumbers.

My fiancé and I unfortunately found ourselves in a very common and annoying position a few weeks ago. The infamous leaky faucet. We had bought our home a few years back and we have been slowly but surely fixing things but by bit. Well after an attempt to try to fix it myself, I quickly discovered I was going to need professional help. So I searched google and the first place that came up was Barker and Sons. Normally I like to search a few places but the few reviews were so great. So I called. My first phone call was so great. Anthony was extremely nice and friendly. After I expressed what was going on he was so confident he could help us out. He immediately dispatched someone. I let him know that it was a small leak and wasn’t urgent but he assured me he could still get someone out ASAP without issue. Within a couple hours Orlando was at our home going over all of our options. Orlando was extremely friendly, professional, and so helpful. He helped me make the best decision for us and helped guide us through the process. We scheduled the process and saved the date. Today was that date. Orlando showed up early and was ready to make our worries disappear. Once he completed helping us he walked us through everything he had done. He stopped our leak and fixed so much more in such a short time. And now we don’t have to hear the annoying and agonizing drip drip drip of a leaky faucet. Thank you to Orlando and Barker and Sons!!

These guys are the best. They swapped out a cast iron sink that was fitted for a custom island kitchen. They really took care of the situation and cut the granite perfectly to put air gaps into the system as well. I am appreciative of their services.

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning.
