We had an awesome experience! A near flood and having to repipe the entire house was not an ideal situation but their team was so great and helpful and we would definitely recommend them. We took advantage of the training program and had a great experience. We knew we needed our toilet tank gaskets replaced and had the parts ready to go for the guys. They also took a look at our master shower and let us know there was no needed repair. Very happy. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy.

They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)!

When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient!

Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. I was amazed at how fast he work, how kind he was, and how AFFORDABLE this company is with everything provided. I am honestly PUMPED to have found these guys! Made my weekend!

My husband and I hired Glenn and Zach to install a wall mounted faucet in our powder room, and we could not be more thrilled with the result. We had a very unique situation where the spout needed to be a certain length as well as having to open up the wall to not damage our backsplash slab. They found us a faucet that matched our inspiration picture and were able to get it installed the following day. I was hesitant to have to open up our wall, but Zach and Glenn did such a clean and amazing job that made it super easy for our drywall person to patch it up. Glenn and Zach went above and beyond for us to get our powder room done and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly highly recommend!

Hands down the best leak detection and plumbing repair company I’ve ever dealt with. Slab leaks are one of the most stressful home issues to deal with because you know it’s going to cost a lot, but most plumbers won’t give you a price until after they’ve finished the job. Evans Leak Detection lets you know what it will cost before they even come to your house. How awesome is that! This is a long review because these guys deserve it.

From the beginning, Ron was straight forward and upfront about the slab leak detection and repair process. The absolute best part is the flat rate pricing for fixing slab leaks. Knowing the cost ahead of time eased my mind and helped me better prepare for the expense.

I called so many plumbers trying to get an idea on cost to repair our slab leak and none of them would give a price. I foolishly paid another plumber for leak detection and estimate before contacting Evans Leak Detection. Even after that, the “other guy” wouldn’t give me an exact dollar amount, but rather a ridiculously wide range of what it “might” cost. He said he would have to rip out our kitchen cabinets and they’d be damaged to the point of needing to be replaced by us, adding even more expense to the process.

So I contacted Ron at Evans Leak Detection, he asked a few questions, explained the process and told me what the flat rate price would be (which was much lower than the estimate from the other place). He had Omar at our house within a couple of days. Omar located the leak quickly, answered the 800 questions I had, and explained everything he was going to do to bypass the slab leaking pipe and re-route that section. He was able to run the new section of pipe in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets. Not an easy task, but he did it seamlessly with very little cosmetic work for us to address after. He was such a nice man, very thorough and experienced in his work, and double checked/cleaned up everything well before leaving.

In summary, if you have the misfortune and stress of a slab leak, please don’t waste time researching other plumbers. Just call Evans Leak Detection. Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. The Caliber One team were great. They did some extensive work and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. They kept me in the loop along the way, showing me all the problems, even possible future problems, and all the options we could do. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I knew I could trust them to get it done right and for a fair price.
