Called Tweedy to unclog a pipe that was causing a back up. They temporarily unclogged the pipe but a few weeks later the problem re occurred causing a huge mess.

When I called them back to come and fix it properly they wanted to charge me like I was an entirely new customer (no discount, no responsibility whatsoever) and only wanted to talk about all the potential issues that could be causing this. I didn't care about that, I'm not a plumber, I called them to fix it not lecture me on various plumbing issues!!!!!!

They clearly did not properly fix the problem correctly the first time. In my opinion these guys are a bunch of bandits.

Their initial assessment is $85 but I ended up paying over $400 for a job that wasn't properly performed. I've learned my lesson, I will never use them again.

Bottom line, they didn't fix my problem. They take no accountability for their incompetance. These guys are a joke.....and yes...I am happy to share my experience with others, especially when they don't stand behind their work. Great talkers lousy plumbers.

After the Gas Company shut off my gas meter as a standard precaution for Termite Fumigation - the Gas Company man came back to the house but couldn't get my Water Heater re-lit. I've now used this company on two different properties - once for an entire new HVAC system and once for a new AC condenser. My technician was Tim both times and was very pleased with the professionalism and service. Hopefully I won't need them soon but I'd definitely use them again!

Sean and his assistant called 30 minutes prior to arriving, arrived on time and was clean and neat and respectful of our home. He quickly assessed our situation, came up with a solution, gave us a price right away that was reasonable and affordable. It took less then an hour to fix the problem. James Athens is an excellent plumber. He replaced our shower handle and plate due to a leak. He explained everything with lots of detail, even options related to future work we might want. He was actually somewhat funny too as a bonus. We will definitely have him handle our future plumbing work.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

I purchased a new home in February and called Kcb Plumbing to come in and install a new tankless water heater and do some general preventative maintence repairs. I'm very happy with my experience. The work they performed was very professionally and timely. I'll definitly be calling them for all plumbing needs going forward.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

My husband and I hired Glenn and Zach to install a wall mounted faucet in our powder room, and we could not be more thrilled with the result. We had a very unique situation where the spout needed to be a certain length as well as having to open up the wall to not damage our backsplash slab. They found us a faucet that matched our inspiration picture and were able to get it installed the following day. I was hesitant to have to open up our wall, but Zach and Glenn did such a clean and amazing job that made it super easy for our drywall person to patch it up. Glenn and Zach went above and beyond for us to get our powder room done and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly highly recommend!
