Thank you clean out kings for coming and clearing out my drains on such short notice! Almost every sink in my house was clogged and backing up and they were able to send somebody out and assess what the problem was. It turns out I had roots growing into the pipes! I didn’t even know that was a thing! They cleared the roots and had my drains working in no time flat!

Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!
