The two plumbers evaluated the problem and discovered the builder had put in the wrong pieces which ultimately caused the leak just after 4 years of owning the new home. Tweedy provided a solution that will last for a long time at a fair price in a quick manner. The two plumbers were professional and did an excellent job installing the new pieces of pipe.

Made Note to Technician to please wear shoe covers. She Took My info & Asked Me All The Covid 19 questions Scheduled My Service for Same Day Late Afternoon. No exact time Given. Tiffany mentioned All the guys were on job sites Will contact Me & keep Me posted. Soon after I hung phn I recieved text confirmation. And asked to Call Anthony. I called Anthony He explained guys are very busy not sure if today or tomorrow but will keep Me informed. I explained Urgency of Repair for asap abd for today if possible. Anthony assured Me He was Trying & would keep trying to get My service for Today.3rd call was to inform Me My Technician was on his way should arrive in approx 30 minutes. Peter Arrived on Time at My Door at Approx 3:15pm. Smiles, Great Attitude, Friendly, Clean & Professional and Remained that way through Entire Service Visit Diagnosing & Repairs. My Hot Water Heater was Not putting out Hot Water & water pressure was very low. Peter explained every step before starting & throughout till All Repaired. Kept Everything clean & Peter is Most Polite. Peter Let Me know When he was going to his truck for a tool or part. Made sure I understood every thing He was doing & why. I got my toilet leaking problem fixed as soon as I contacted wih Clean-Out King's two days ago. Again, I got another problem today, and I called him again. Two hours later, he came and fixed it completely without additional charge.
The plumber, Bobby Tieu was so nice and excellent with reasonable price.
I'll call him again if I have plumbing problem and highly recommend this guy.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

I purchased a new home in February and called Kcb Plumbing to come in and install a new tankless water heater and do some general preventative maintence repairs. I'm very happy with my experience. The work they performed was very professionally and timely. I'll definitly be calling them for all plumbing needs going forward.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

My husband and I hired Glenn and Zach to install a wall mounted faucet in our powder room, and we could not be more thrilled with the result. We had a very unique situation where the spout needed to be a certain length as well as having to open up the wall to not damage our backsplash slab. They found us a faucet that matched our inspiration picture and were able to get it installed the following day. I was hesitant to have to open up our wall, but Zach and Glenn did such a clean and amazing job that made it super easy for our drywall person to patch it up. Glenn and Zach went above and beyond for us to get our powder room done and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly highly recommend!

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
