Above expectations! This was a major sewer line repair/replacement. Orlando and his crew worked in brutal heat 10-12 hours a day for 3+ days excavating and replying two sewer lines then on the 4th day relining the remaining sewer lines. Alway courteous and consciences of the home and occupants. Cleaned up daily and completed the job in a timely manner. Good plumbers are hard to find and not cheap! I feel I got excellent value and a great job done right. P.S Sammy and Julian and the rest of the team were top notch. Sammy don't forget your hat ,)

I had a toilet leak that was flooding my neighbors ceiling. I was out of town unable to go see the damage. Picked this company based on the reviews. I was scheduled with Luis. Before any inspection he tells me in order to see where the leak is coming from we need to remove the ceiling downstairs - but first we need to test for asbestos. I had to schedule for asbestos test and it came positive. The. Hired a company to remove the asbestos ceiling. I spent $2k before they can even identify the leak. Red flags everywhere. Luis comes back and tells me he used his camera and found the leak is from the toilet flange. Quotes me $3700 to replace it! Says if i dont go with their company i owe them $400 for finding the issue! (I thought they said free estimate- dont fall for that). Well, it was Sunday and my neighbors ceiling was open, i wanted to get the issue fixed asap so that everyone can use their bathroom. I asked Luis if he can reduce the price because it was so much money - right away he came down to $3200 and said they will deduct the $400 for inspection (they never did). The work was done in less than 3 hours according to my neighbors who sent me updates. I paid the invoice without realizing the $400 initial fee for finding the leak was not deducted. I called and asked for a detailed invoice. The invoice i was sent was far from detailed and I was never refunded that fee. I spoke to Tony who tried to defend the $3200 charge to change a toilet flange. Please be aware. I would recommend to look for a honest plumbers. I definitely feel robbed by this company. They took an advantage of my situation when i need someone i could trust. Costly lesson for me.

HomeServe arranged for Orange County Plumbing to come to my home to inspect my central AC unit they came to my home about a week ago and said my AC unit is not getting power from the thermostat and I need to have wiring replaced from my thermostat to my AC unit (not covered by my HomeServe policy) Technician said he would send me an estimate cost to have the work done. I also requested that he give me the cost to replace my central AC unit due to its over 20 years old , he agreed to send it to me. I called Orange County Plumbing and spoke to the assistant who answered the phone she said she would make sure the technician who came out send me an estimate and to date I have not gotten a response or written estimates from Orange County Plumbing disappointed in Santa Ana

We had major back up of our drain pipes, which we used E&Y to hydrojet and clear our main. There were 7 rootballs which we could see via their camera they use to show Before & After. It’s fantastic to be able to verify with your own eyes what they are explaining is the problem and the actual solution. We had a small catastrophe when the camera was lost during a scoping of our kitchen drains. E&Y had to break open our floor and dig deep to retrieve it. We thought they rip open everything, but no! They were so great. They opened a hole in a carpeted closet and dug under the house to reach the spot and then replaced the broken pipe and back-filled. It was a superb solution to a difficult problem. We highly recommend Elder & Young!

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time.
