Just call ASAP then read my review! Had a clogged main line on a sunday, water coming up in two showers and a toilet. A mess! Called 3 places, one was closed, one never returned my call, the third confirmed and showed up within a few hours! Derek arrived from Barker with his fantastic personality and customer service. Had all the high tech cameras and goodies! Went on roof for best positioning with cameras, not only did he locate the source of issue, he also sent that camera to the main sewer line in the street! Got a first hand look of my entire 58 year old main line. He also advised (not selling) on where I was honestly with main lines health and future. He circled back removed a mop head (don’t ask!) that was inadvertently flushed down toilet tangling up as you can imagine, instead of sending it through he backed it out which was quite a feat!! He cleaned up the job site and my showers with cleaner! Unbelievable quality and service. 100% will refer neighbors and use Barker again! Please note, I found this family owned business on line with no experience with them other than reading reviews. I’m raving I know, but at my age I’m so sick of poor customer service becoming the norm. Oh and no Sunday fee either!! So yes I was quite happy for a change! The phone calls and texts for updates and follow ups were much appreciated! Don’t look any further, call! You actually get a live person!!

Although I did not end up having service done, Luke was very professional in verifying why the work could not be done. He explained very thoroughly & went above & beyond, to obtain the correct info.

We had DB Plumbing install a tankless water heater a few years back and annually have them return to descale and change the filter. On this occasion I mentioned our toilet was slow to flush and sometimes doesn't go down all the way. They looked into it and got it working well again. It just needed a little Tune Up of sorts. The work was done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. They always charge fairly for their work and they're worth every penny! The team at DB Plumbing has always been amazing and they're the only plumber we trust with our home. I truly recommend them to everyone for all of your plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

Didn't know what he was talking about wanted to charge $5000 once I said no he dropped it down to $4000 for a job I got done for under $450 it was a waste of my time having to leave work early to meet with him
