We had made a mess of trying to install shower hardware in ourselves. We called another plumber who said they were 24/7 but were not. We called Barker and sons and they sent Dylan out. They keep us informed by phone and text as to when we could expect him. He was progressional, friendly and explained everything so we could understand it. The price was what we expected for what needed to be done. He cleaned everything up and did a great job. We have been looking for a plumber we can use regularly for our plumbing needs. We found them. We will use the again and recommend them especially Dylan.

These guys are great. They came out today to fix a lead that another plumbing company left. Matt diagnosed the issue, called our landlord, explained the issue and even got her to sign off on the repairs right on the spot (not always an easy feat with our landlord). I greatly appreciated their friendly demeanor and outlook. Matt and his intern/apprentice Ashe were outstanding. They could even make appropriate small talk when appropriate (which is better than standing awkwardly waiting for things to happen). Their rates seem reasonable from what I know of plumbing - I would definitely recommend them! Beyond that, their POS system/tablet that they can use to take pictures, send invoices and more is a plus in and of itself. I could see the invoice, pictures and all in an email that was sent to the landlord. Thanks Team!
