Showed up in the pinch, engineer was awesome, curious and great attention to care in the home.

The customer service representaive name John answered phone very nicely. He was very kind and polite when I asked questions. The the technician name Issac came to my house less than an hour for the estimate and he was also very nice and polite and showed his professionalism by explaining the issues in detailed ways. This is why I decided to start the work with this company.Later Issac's supervisor Derrek came with a camera to locate the issue and he showed me the recorded video and explained where the main issue is. The he showed several options I can take to fix the issues. Overall, the company offered excellent customer service and I will call Barker and Sons again when I have plubming issue in the future.

Exceptional all around! He came by to fix a leaking pipe, but the problem couldn't be fixed without shutting off the main line. He gladly went around to the neighboring units to inform them of the shut off. When he entered my home to do repairs, he put of protective foot coverings as to not damage or dirty my carpet. He finished his work efficiently and explained in detail exactly what he was doing and for what reason.Hands down fantastic service all around. Would highly recommend.

We have used Don's company for several years, beginning in 2020 with the passing of my father. We had water running in both bathrooms and Don quickly scheduled a technician. He was prompt and professional, and thorough. We own an older home and have had DB Plumbing out several times in 2021, 2022 and 2023. They installed a new garbage disposal and identified a plumbing issue from a previous remodel that was causing the sink in kitchen to back- up. They located drain issues and cleared them efficiently and ALWAYS clean up their work area.
The most recent visit was to re-route our kitchen sink drain pipes to remedy our sink drainage issues. The technician, Mike, was thorough and well prepared to fix it quickly, including the removal of stucco from our outside kitchen wall. Again, he covered all areas to protect our pavers and cleaned up thoroughly when completed. Due to the rains, we had to re- schedule stucco repair, but again, their technician repaired the open wall with wood and all the appropriate materials. He mixed the stucco repair to match the texture on our home. We are very pleased with the results. We have referred DB Plumbing to friends and all have been more than satisfied with their work ethic and results. It is difficult to find reliable companies to repair our homes, DB Plumbing is a refreshing, reliable company.
