My old lowboy toilet had a fill line and broken valve leaking. Chris, my technician, had to pull the toilet to get to it because the space behind it was very limited, so no suprise.Chris and I went over 3 options to fix the problem. I picked one n he got to work. After the toilet was off he found the floor flange was rusted and broken. Chris modified my options, I picked one and he went back to it.The process took 2 days because the visits were both in the afternoons. On day 2 Chris brought Vincent with him and the two finished the job. I found they were both very professional and extremely friendly and open, this was nice, because of their positive attitude, I didn't feel any pressure.They did a great job! I am very pleased and will call them again if I have any more plumbing problems. I highly recommend Tom Moffett Plumbing.

I recently used ePipe to fix some cracks in my water pipes embedded in the foundation. I am deeply pleased with ePipe’s professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and in both bathrooms. Recently, one of the bathroom spigots did not move from the base - the entire faucet totally rotated with no water output. Had been putting off having a plumber called but that was the last straw. Thankfully, Aaron's Plumbing and Home Repair, Inc. sent Angel. He was professional, knowledgable and knew how to fix each problem within minutes. I admit I'm sometimes hesitant to call for home repairs. If you're like I am, you'll feel very comfortable having Angel in your home. He was not only on time, they called as they were en route and am so relieved to have those plumbing issues finally fixed. I would recommend this business, especially these two employees - with no hesitation.

I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge.

He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix.

In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive.

A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP.

I plan to do more business with Dial One for my other properties and feel lucky to have such a competent service team to work with.

Bryce is just outstanding. As a retired business owner, Bryce would make any employer envious. I called VIP for an emergency sewer leak discovered by a landscape contractor in our yard. Bryce responded quickly, inspected and came up with a solution. The job was scheduled for the next day! Bryce and The VIP team are the best.

I found Pipeline several years ago when my parents rental property had a slab leak. Pipeline was great- very attentive and fixed the leak quickly.
The pipe held up great for 5 years but recently started leaking again. We called Pipeline to initiate the warranty they touted when they sold us their services but were told that the warranty no longer applied since we ended up selling the house to a family friend. We spoke with three different people and were told the same thing, It's in the fine print. While I can't argue the terms of their service, if it is fact written in the paperwork, it's evident that they're prefer not to do the right thing. A lifetime repair should not have failed after five years regardless of who owns the home. I respect their legal right to not stand by their services but would also like potential customers to know about our experience should you have a warranty claim for their lifetime product.
You may be better off taking your business elsewhere, I wish we had.

*edit* They called our friends back this week to reiterate that the repair was not covered under warranty but offered to come out and provide a quote to repair it again. Thanks but no thanks.
