Everyone from scheduling to service were great. Honest, to the point, and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule withing hours...SAME DAY!!! I would recommend them in the Newport Mesa are for sure. FYI- they replaced the pilot assembly kit/thermocouple in my GE water heater. Not an easy task as it requires dis-assembly and taking the heater pan out.

My heater treater for my tankless water heater blew off.. they came out the next morning and fixed everything in no time. They are soo sweet and personable..we had George and Mike. It’s Sunday at 10 AM. Our kitchen sink is overflowing and we are in a panic. The contracted plumber for our community was not available, so our HOA called Scott English for emergency service. At 4:30 PM we were told an hour to an hour and a half. 30 minutes later Elliott Balboa arrived. He was friendly, explained the cause of the problem and had the clog opened and our water flowing within 30 minutes. The work was obviously great but to have such a pleasant and professional person when we were so stressed out was such a blessing. I cannot say enough good things about Elliot. His work ethic and attitude were outstanding - especially at the last minute in a Sunday evening. Scott English is lucky to have him and I would highly recommend Scott English to anyone looking for plumbing service. Thank you, Elliott!
