We’ve owned this 1964 built home for the last 30 years and we never knew that we didn’t have one. The service man also noted that our water heater had been installed incorrectly, so he fixed that. Then he replaced a flapper on one of our toilets. He was very knowledgeable and even admired the total self-repair my husband had done on another toilet. I will be so glad to call them again for my next plumbing repair job.

We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.
