The person I spoke with was knowledgeable and assured me I would hear from scheduling in a timely manner.James arrived on time, explained what he observed and his recommendations, wrote up two estimates and went over my options in detail. He installed the new water heater same day, did a fantastic job cleaning up; he went far above what the scope of work was and remained courteous the entire time.James went over financing options as well as the Company 30 month maintenance plan, which I purchased. I highly recommend Barker & Sons for any plumbing needs.

Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
