Horrible service & they Lie, Stay away from this company if you like to keep your hard owned money. Plumber tried to way over charge us. Triple what 2 other plumbers quoted us after we shopped around. Garbage company

Had to use the service twice. First responder was not competent and provided us with misinformation and had us order an unnecessary part.
Second responder was great and competent on a complex job. Very happy with his service. Office help was responsive and courteous.

Had an emergency and wasn’t able to use ANY water. This company was able to send someone out within 2 hours!! James Kelley was so kind and very helpful!!!! So thankful appreciate it thank you Barker & Sons 😊

Great communication from staff and service

Justin was great. Would highly recommend. On time, personable. Careful of our home and held to advertised $90 for drain cleaning. No hard up selling. Accurate price and services description before making appointment. Called 2 other companies first and accused one of misleading info. NexGen web site said $53 drain cleaning. Was told that would $83 for upstairs drain and the fee would just be for a cost estimate with $83 cost deducted from estimate cost if service provided. In spite of asking a couple times, would not offer even a normal price range to snake the drain. Another company did flat all inclusive quote of $250 which I felt was too high. They were at least straight forward. You guys were top notch.

Professional Plumbing saved the day. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I searched Yelp and the first 5 STAR company that came up was Professional Plumbing and from the start they were so helpful. They were super professional and kind... even the owner, Jay, came out to help me and make sure all my questions were answered!
I am forever grateful for them for helping me out when the other plumbing company messed up. Not to mention they over fair prices to the other company I had hired.
