Kevin was called out today to replace our water heater. We were thrilled we could actually get an appointment on the same day that our heater died, and doubly thrilled how quickly he made it out to the house.
He was extremely helpful and very efficient, replacing our heater in a very prompt manner.
Above all that, he ended up charging us less than estimated.
He was friendly, clean and very knowledgeable.
We can't compliment him enough.

Story of events. I discovered a leak in my wall this morning with water all over the floor. I called my HOA for help and no luck. I called my insurance for help and they said they would have somebody here in one hour, only later to tell me that we were out of the area and they could not help. I then called Barker and Sons. They had somebody at our place in a reasonable time, it was a little bit late in the afternoon and they stayed into the evening to fix the issue. They were knowledgeable, worked hard, and the price was extremely reasonable. Very satisfied customer and I will recommend them to anybody and everybody that I come across.

Extremely pleased with service! James Athens was amazing. This was his second time back…he was originally here to fix our master toilet in May, which he did an excellent job. Unfortunately, we had to have him come back and do some more plumbing work as we thought the toilet was leaking, but it wasn’t!! Come to find out, we ended up having a small pin-hole leak in our copper pipe, which was building up while we were on vacation. He cut through our downstairs ceiling and found the issue and immediately repaired it. I truly appreciate his dedication to his job and his honesty! I will definitely be using Orange Coast Plumbing again on my next plumbing issue/project!!! Thank you!🙏

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.

Awesome people & awesome service! Called Nood Plumber last week to check out low water pressure issue in our master shower yesterday. Their tech came out on time, assessed the issue, provided a fair quote and fixed it efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the worksite after the work was done. I’m very happy to recommend Nood Plumber and would certainly call them again when I need a plumbing service.

Difficult experience, estimate did not include everything so additional costs were added later on. Finish work was not completed correctly, still dealing with the work that was done, placed handles in the wrong place, would not make it right, tub still not glued in to place, left drain pipe at an angle, would charge again to complete work that was in the contract. Guy is intimidating, has no concern about how or if the work is done. Bath tub leaks when draining the water, toilet did not flush properly, need to get into the crawl space to see if the what else might be leaking.
