The second time I used Barker & Sons’s services. I do highly recommend them. Jeff arrived at my house on time. He’s conscientious and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you, Jeff, for putting in the extra effort in unclogging our stubborn shower. I would also like to thank Frank and Tomas for coming out to help Jeff with clearing out the main drain clean-out. Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

After having 3 plumbers come out and tell me I needed to demo shower tile to fix a dripping shower, Eric came and fixed it quickly and efficiently! He was on time, professional, cleaned up and did an outstanding job. I am so glad I was referred to him because he will be my go to plumber for life!

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

I am fortunate to live in an affluent area; but I am nowhere near being wealthy. I bought my house in the eighties and because of where I live, any time I receive a quote from a contractor it is always outlandish. Our water pipes were old and it was time to repipe. My son is a drywall guy so I didn’t want wall patching. I just wanted all new water pipes installed. After getting several quotes, in my opinion this company was the most professional and among the least expensive. Our home is a for a two story and Creative Repipe came in around the five-thousand-dollar mark. Good golly! You talk about in and out, they sent a large crew and they all went right to work. They walked in and covered everything with plastic. My new plumbing system was installed in one day and they were done by 5:30pm, clean, fast, and up to know zero issues, amazing!

I am so disappointed with the service we received from this company. We hired them to repipe our home. While repiping the house they damaged our wood countertops in the laundry room and kitchen by dropping pipes on them and putting large dings and scratches in the countertops and breaking the molding in the kitchen and at the coffee bar. During the drywall and texture phase they left our home in complete disarray. They repair patches were unprofessional and incomplete as many areas were left without texture put back onto the wall. They were lazy and did not even remove the outlet covers instead just textured around or on the outlet covers. They had texture all over everything in our home, on the floors, cabinets, baseboards, cabinet pulls, and countertops. While I appreciate they came out three times trying to correct their mistakes the damage still has not been resolved. They tried to glue the broken kitchen molding back together and in doing so we now have wood glue dripping down our kitchen cabinets and on our countertops. They tried to fix the wood countertops by throwing some wood putty in the holes which didn't match in color and fell out the next day. I have tried for several weeks to reach the owner to discuss the damages to our home with no return phone call.

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.

Ben was amazing!!! Ben was really friendly and professional and definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues. I had an issue with my toilet and he took his time to listen to the issues I had and understood exactly what they were and gave his professional advice with several options to choose from. He explained in detail of all the options and what to expect making sure we fully understood. There were no rushing to get quick answers and really gave us time to think about it.
It was my first time calling a plumber so I was nervous about it but talking to Ben was very reassuring.
