5 stars for the 2 technicians and company! I called for a running toilet problem, and I saw on their website that they are giving away free flappers this year, with free installation. Perfect! I figure, we could try that first and if it didn't fix the problem then they could give me a quote for fixing it. Well, it did fix the problem! And it was 100% free! Nate and Jeremy offered to look at other plumbing issues I may have around the house. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of in any way- they seemed very honest and helpful. I'll be calling on them for future needs.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I had an issue with my hvac system at 8pm on a Saturday. He actually walked me through the issue over the phone and the part I needed. It ended up just being a blown fuse in my furnace. I was able to run to home depot before they closed and get everything working again. He helped me with no charge. The company I called before wanted $350 just to come out for a service call. Thanks you so much. It’s been 90+ all week so I was really stressed that I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed or it would cost an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone. It’s hard to find honest helpful people these days.

Amazing communication fast quality work an all around great service

There are a ton of plumbers, but not many that you can trust with high volume losses/emergencies and get consistent and reliable service each and every time. No matter the distance or time of day Kinetic leaves each job with happy residents and great follow to management.

You should definitely save their phone number because you just never know when you'll need their help.

I had an entire house backup -no shower or toilets and have my 75 y/o parents staying. This was Friday night at 7pm before a holiday weekend and there was no one available. Mr rooter called in someone on his night off who graciously came and flushed out my system and saved my weekend. I am beyond grateful. They explained everything, was prompt, no mess, efficient and professional. Top quality plumbers and equipment. Price was high but I was glad to pay for the amazing service I received. Worth every penny :)

Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy.

They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)!

When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient!

Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. I was amazed at how fast he work, how kind he was, and how AFFORDABLE this company is with everything provided. I am honestly PUMPED to have found these guys! Made my weekend!

We are very happy with the service from Island Plumbing and would recommend them with reservation. We called on a Saturday morning and had our shower drain blockage repaired by 1:00 that same day. Ben was amazing!!! Ben was really friendly and professional and definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues. I had an issue with my toilet and he took his time to listen to the issues I had and understood exactly what they were and gave his professional advice with several options to choose from. He explained in detail of all the options and what to expect making sure we fully understood. There were no rushing to get quick answers and really gave us time to think about it.
It was my first time calling a plumber so I was nervous about it but talking to Ben was very reassuring.

Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!

Couldn't be happier with their service. I called on Oct 18th at night at 9:30pm for a clogged toilet. Their technician Ken promptly gave me a quote over the phone and came fixed it up at 10:23pm. It took him more than half an hour. When he left it was close to midnight. They helped me so much because it's the only bathroom!

Awesome people & awesome service! Called Nood Plumber last week to check out low water pressure issue in our master shower yesterday. Their tech came out on time, assessed the issue, provided a fair quote and fixed it efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the worksite after the work was done.
