My kitchen sink had backed up and I called about 5pm Thursday evening and reached someone to speak with on my first call. I explained my issue and told her it was not an emergency. She said someone would call Friday morning to schedule service to clear my drain.By 7:30am I had a text asking if it was okay to call me at that time. So they called and said they could schedule someone to come out this morning. I received another text at 8:15am saying they had a technician who could be out in 45 minutes to 1 hour if that was convenient..Sure enough they were on time, they even texted a picture and the name of the Tech, so I knew who to expect. Joshua showed up on-time, professional looking, and even put on booties before coming into my house and evaluating my problem. He explained my service options after inspecting my issue. He started the job after explaining pricing and what to expect.He was fast, efficient and worked very clean. My drain was done before 10am for the price agreed upon with no after the fact salesmanship or trying to upsell any service.I couldn't be any happier with the total experience of working with this company. Every interaction was professional and they took care of my issue in a very timely manner.Five stars out of 5 for sure.

My old lowboy toilet had a fill line and broken valve leaking. Chris, my technician, had to pull the toilet to get to it because the space behind it was very limited, so no suprise.Chris and I went over 3 options to fix the problem. I picked one n he got to work. After the toilet was off he found the floor flange was rusted and broken. Chris modified my options, I picked one and he went back to it.The process took 2 days because the visits were both in the afternoons. On day 2 Chris brought Vincent with him and the two finished the job. I found they were both very professional and extremely friendly and open, this was nice, because of their positive attitude, I didn't feel any pressure.They did a great job! I am very pleased and will call them again if I have any more plumbing problems. I highly recommend Tom Moffett Plumbing.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I called Spencer because our guest bathroom needed to have some upgraded fixtures replaced. Spencer was absolutely phenomenal!

I was able to set up an appointment the same week. He had all of the right parts and was able to do the job quickly and cost effectively for me.

The best part was that he provided me with a less expensive option that worked out better for me, and it saved me a lot of money, which speaks to his level of integrity and character.

Spencer was able to do my job earlier than we had planned, because he had an opening and was able to contact me and ask if I was available, which I was, and that was even more helpful to get the job done early. That was very thoughtful and considerate of him.

He did such as great job that we had him come back the next day to do our master bedroom's bathroom.

We recently used their services about a month ago for some repairs with kitchen plumbing and started experiencing some drainage issues again so contacted them to come out. Sean came out the next day, and even Eric one of the owners came out the same day with a scope to help us figure out the source of the problem. They initially thought it may have been a collapsed pipe using this cool scope they had, and said they could be out in a couple of weeks, however Eric was able to send his guy Javier out the very next day. Javier was professional and laid out stuff to protect our floor and taped off section of house he needed to work on to minimize dust. After a day's work, he found the problem, it wasn't a collapsed pipe, but rather a big piece of plastic that blocked off the drain pipe. We were glad the damage wasn't worse. These guys are all super professional and responsive and great to work with. Very trustworthy business and we highly recommend using them. We're hoping we won't have to deal with anymore plumbing issues for a while, but if we do, these are the guys we will be calling again for sure!

After calling several companies and no answers being close to end of day, we received a call back right away from this company. The receptionist was very helpful and extremely pleasant understand the importance of the issues and situation that we were against. She assured us that they would be able to send a service tech and our bathroom issues would be taken care of. Marco's arrived on time and even with unexpected surprises that arose we weren't gouged hitting my wallet hard. He explained to us what was going to happen and even the owner came over to assist with the problem that most would have walked away from returning in the morning. Desi & Marco were amazing they finished up and we are as happy as can be with their services! I would recommend them to everyone who has a small or big issue regarding plumbing. Absolutely love this company!!

Ameri- Cal Repipe is a fantastic company. They bid a re- pipe cost and stick to that cost. I'm a contractor and all there work passed city and state inspections. This is the company you should use for all your plumbing work.
