Called Scott English Plumbing Scheduled an appointment between 12-5 dispatch called says technician would be by in 30 min called back says he’s in traffic would be an additional 10 mins I appreciate the update Sam the technician arrived COVID-19 ready. I explained the situation. He went right to work and diagnosed the problem advised the remedies. Was happy with the results.Found the technician very knowledgeable.
