The option to repair the leak were offered. The house water supply pressure were checked for possible cause the leaking.This is the best plumbing technician that I ever met. We LOVE Vince! He solved a sewer smell issue which had been haunting us for years! We had multiple plumbers, handymen, general contractors and even an HVAC technician come out and try to figure out the cause of the horrible rotten egg smell and that would come and go in our home. We didn’t know what to do, but Vince from Moffett Plumbing performed a fog/smoke test and was able to locate a broken sewer vent hidden away in our attic and was able to fix the issue the same day. It’s been months now and the smell is history and we can now live in home peacefully and happily ever after!

I got reminder calls and texts and Tony Dam showed up on time for a free service inspection. He spent 2 hours assessing issues with our old AC system that had stopped working. Even being way over usual time, there was no charge.

He was able to do a patch to get it going temporarily. He called me 3 times to explain what he was finding and doing and was super patient with my questions until I got clarity on what was broken and why it wasn’t a simple fix.

In the end he gave me repair and replacement options with over a page of typed comments and his recommendations. This helped me get other quotes - but found that the prices they gave were very competitive.

A day later when I had questions Tony answered my text on a Sunday. They really care about customers and getting issues handled ASAP.

These guys are very honest and are not trying to make a quick buck. Pipline Restoration came out to locate a slab leak at my house. The leak was ruining my wood flooring by causing it to swell. Matt showed up and detected the cause in about fifteen minutes. The positive news is that he determined that it wasn't a slab leak but a problem with my AC condensation line leaking into the house floor. I was so happy and prepared to pay for his time. He reminded me that it is the free leak detection service that I was using so I owed nothing. I was able to repair the cause of the AC condensation leak but I do have to deal with a damaged wood floor. That is my problem which is much smaller than what a slab leak would have costed me.
