Our water heater went out on a Saturday morning and I could not get the pilot light to re-light. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and Scott was here in just a few hours. Scott was phenomenal! He diagnosed the issue quickly and he had the replacement part in his truck even though this was an older water heater. He spent the time necessary to get the new part installed just right so the water heater pilot light would stay lit! Scott was professional and friendly and we are so grateful that he was able to fix the problem and get our hot water working so quickly! Thanks Scott!

I recently called Scott English Plumbing for a water issue and they responded quickly. Since it was after hours, the service took my info and let me know their ETA, and James(Jimi) and Isaiah were on time. They were very thorough in their diagnosis and cleared out the main drain promptly. They were both, courteous and professional. Thank you for being prompt and successful in repairing our issue. Vince has been so patient and respectful working with my friend who is 94 and very hard of hearing. He explained things many times, drew pictures, wrote out everything for us and went well beyond the extra mile to help make sure she understood everything and was properly cared for… even hiked through weeds with a smile on his face. You don’t find people like this very often anymore… it is more than a pleasure working with him. Highly recommend!!

My water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not rekindle. I wasn't happy with my previous plumbing service, so I looked on yelp and found Acute Plumbing was highly rated so I gave them a try. They gave me an appointment for the same afternoon, and showed up on time and prepared with any parts that might be required to repair my water heater. Even though I was ready to get a new water heater (mine is 8years old and past its 6 year warranty) they assured me it was still in decent shape and could be repaired. I was able to save money by having the repair done and my water heater is now fine. I will utilize their services for any future plumbing needs.

I had a slab leak not knowing where it was. Brian over at Simpex Repipe had their tech come give me a free leak detection. We found the leak and it was in various places so I decided to repipe the whole house. Brian came over after the detection process and we talked for a while. He informed me of the whole entire process (even on how the pipes would run through the walls). I learned a great deal while going over everything. He's a funny guy to talk to as well.

Anyhow, I agreed with the price and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled date and only took one day to do the repipe. Entire process of the repipe took place the same day.

I could not believe their patching job. I was amazed how the patchers blended in the drywall so well.

I called on a Saturday afternoon, told them my problem. 20 minutes later, the 2 plumbers arrived. Assessed the situation, went the the HW store and picked up what was needed. They knew exactly what to do and to fix it correctly. Price is good, but the attention to detail was great. Definitely recommend.
