I was just overwhelmed more at the expense and all the things. Shocked that my water softener was depositing salt in our outgo pipes but Buddy got the better that blew the salt out. But it also made sure that the master bedrooms shower drain was actually cleared out. Then I had our kitchen faucet replaced with one of yours and that was quick work and it’s actually quite nice having a Fossett with water pressure.I’m a bit on a tight budget so I was counting on the faucet and maybe the drain being cleared in the master bathroom, but that whole thing about the salt upset me a little bit because we had all that done by another company in 2017/2018 and to see it being so bad was upsetting me.Not the technician or Moffett’s fault at all. Just frustration of a homeowner. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Buddy was patient and very thorough so I was comfortable with them.

I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

Him and his team provided great knowledge, excellent craftsmanship, and at a great price against the other companies we were quoted by. Highly recommended!!!

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

We had an issue with our tankless water heater (Takagi). Our regular plumber wasn't available and we wanted someone trained on our system. Shawn and Gabriel were able to fit us in the same day. Although, our issue was simple to fix - they did an inspection and spent time answering our questions and giving us tips on how to keep the system running in top shape.

This is a very late review. In October 2022, Johnathan was amazing. He was able to repipe my entire house in time for my mum to return home on hospice care. My family was so incredibly grateful for their service. We’ve had no issues at all with our plumbing since.

A very committed staff start to finish. The sophisticated equipment used was helpful, and the staff was very patient at explaining things to me very clearly. Good communication and customer support throughout the whole process. So, if you are ever in the need of employing a leak detection service which can be quite stressful to find, I encourage you to call them.

We are very happy with the service from Island Plumbing and would recommend them with reservation. We called on a Saturday morning and had our shower drain blockage repaired by 1:00 that same day. I had a shower leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused a bit of damage to my home. I reached out to Caliber One and Mondo was able to provide me some general pricing over the phone based off my own troubleshooting. The very next day a tech named Manny came out to further troubleshoot the problem and they had it all fixed for me. The service was great and the pricing was very fair. We asked for several bids to replace our (working) water heater. They showed up for the estimation meeting on time and described everything patiently and gave a bid. County Wide was competitive and able to schedule the installation quickly. Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient. They installed everything and cleaned and removed all the debris. I was very satisfied.

AMAZING company! Called them to replace a faulty gate valve and install a new faucet in my backyard and they got both jobs done excellently. Quick response, great service and fair price. They have me as a loyal customer for life!

I had my heater not getting hot water at my business so i called this company and the technician came . But the heater was located up in the ceiling so i was told they will have to charge me $200 to go up check up just for checking up!
Result?? He didn’t fix anything, just left with the money i paid after that i called another company got my heater fixed.
