Called Tweedy to unclog a pipe that was causing a back up. They temporarily unclogged the pipe but a few weeks later the problem re occurred causing a huge mess.

When I called them back to come and fix it properly they wanted to charge me like I was an entirely new customer (no discount, no responsibility whatsoever) and only wanted to talk about all the potential issues that could be causing this. I didn't care about that, I'm not a plumber, I called them to fix it not lecture me on various plumbing issues!!!!!!

They clearly did not properly fix the problem correctly the first time. In my opinion these guys are a bunch of bandits.

Their initial assessment is $85 but I ended up paying over $400 for a job that wasn't properly performed. I've learned my lesson, I will never use them again.

Bottom line, they didn't fix my problem. They take no accountability for their incompetance. These guys are a joke.....and yes...I am happy to share my experience with others, especially when they don't stand behind their work. Great talkers lousy plumbers.

My fiancé and I unfortunately found ourselves in a very common and annoying position a few weeks ago. The infamous leaky faucet. We had bought our home a few years back and we have been slowly but surely fixing things but by bit. Well after an attempt to try to fix it myself, I quickly discovered I was going to need professional help. So I searched google and the first place that came up was Barker and Sons. Normally I like to search a few places but the few reviews were so great. So I called. My first phone call was so great. Anthony was extremely nice and friendly. After I expressed what was going on he was so confident he could help us out. He immediately dispatched someone. I let him know that it was a small leak and wasn’t urgent but he assured me he could still get someone out ASAP without issue. Within a couple hours Orlando was at our home going over all of our options. Orlando was extremely friendly, professional, and so helpful. He helped me make the best decision for us and helped guide us through the process. We scheduled the process and saved the date. Today was that date. Orlando showed up early and was ready to make our worries disappear. Once he completed helping us he walked us through everything he had done. He stopped our leak and fixed so much more in such a short time. And now we don’t have to hear the annoying and agonizing drip drip drip of a leaky faucet. Thank you to Orlando and Barker and Sons!!

Had Rey Torres make our home (40 years old) like new again. Aside from being a true professional, he was very creative in finding solutions that other plumbers couldn't figure out. He found ways to make our home work again and the fees were all reasonable. Plus he was a kind and nice person. He will always be the person we will call whenever we have problems with our plumbing. My service professional was Buddy. He was amazing. He installed a new water heater upstairs, installed new facets over wash machine, but most of all, he found me a new kitchen sink and installed it. My original contractor who did my kitchen remodel installed a 50 lb cast iron sink improperly and it broke loose and started to fall. My contractor was unwilling to come fix it. He kept ghosting me. Buddy was the only one willing to take on this very difficult job. He went above and beyond my expectations. It was very difficult to find a sink that would fit but he did and made it work. I was so very grateful! I highly recommend his work. He has a very pleasant and professional personality. Thank you again Buddy!!!

Fernando is brilliant, just brilliant. Incredibly professional, honest and modern. Fernando knows the appetite we require to complete the job. I had him install a water system in our home in Irvine. I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him
