Best Installation Drain in Santa Ana CA

I contacted Tweedy Plumbing for an estimate to replace old cast iron pipes, drains, p-traps, waste and over-flow, copper pipes as well as other work. A plumber from Tweedy came out, evaluated the job and informed me that I would receive an estimate within a few days. Four days later I reached out to the owner's son, and was told that he would get to it when he had time. Over a week later I received the estimate and contracted them to do the job. Mid stream of completing the work, I was told by their plumber that other problems were found and I agreed to the additional work. I was also informed that the other work on the estimate would be done when my contractor removed the bathtub and completed the framing. I was informed by my contractor that some of the work was done incorrectly and had to be fixed before he could proceed. I contacted the plumber and he had to return twice to fix the work. I was also informed that per the owner's son, they didn't know when they would be available to complete the remaining work on the estimate and I might want to find another plumber. Tweedy plumbing might be able to handle small jobs like clogged drains but certainly not larger jobs like mine. The owner's son, Channin, was very unprofessional and communicated like a child. Although I was left in a bad position, I did find a competent company to complete the work that Tweedy plumbing abandoned.

He also made some recommendations to resolve any plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend this company and employee to anyone dealing with minor to serious clogged pipes.

Needed to get a plumber out to our home, as I found a puddle of water, that flowed from under the kitchen sink and onto the floor. And after reading up on the reviews of local plumbers that service Orange County, I placed a call this a.m. to Scott English Plumbing. And with over 1296 decent reviews (far more positive reviews than negative) I was certain this company would be a good way to go - and I was not wrong! A couple hours later a very nice and extremely professional plumber named Ulises C. from Scott English Plumbingknocked on our door. But an hour before the service call, they gave us a phone call to alert us they were on their way.After listening to my concerns, Ulises took the time to answer ALL my questions. He explained what he would be checking and provided us with an estimate BEFORE work began. It was refresing to know beforehand, of what EXACTLY would be done, the cost, and best of all, NO unnecessary surprises! The cost for an in-depth exam was quite afforable. After getting our electronic signature, he was extremely thorough, and ran all sorts of tests to see where the link might be originating from. He provided us with some invaluable pointers on the workings of tubes, the drain, connectors, the garbage disposal, even a bit of info on the dishwasher air gap. Hubby and I were pleased with Scott English Plumbing, and with plumber, Ulises C. They did not try and up sale us on unnecessary repairs. I hate it (and who doesn't?) when a company tries that tactic. But Scott English Plumbing did not go that route. Would highly recommend this group for your plumbing needs.Five stars? With a resounding, YES!

Gave me my estimate, installedthe valve to code, completed my job. I am one happy customer 100 million % satisfied.

We have used this company twice now and both times were great experiences. They are easy to work with, honest. This past week we had Jorge and Bernie out. They assessed and fixed our issue in less than 2 hours. Reasonably priced as well. Will be calling them for any future needs!
