Tweedie Plumbing came the day after another plumbing company replaced a garbage disposal unit and cleared the outflow pipe which apparently had been blocked. One hour later the pipe was blocked again! Rather than go back to the plumber, I called Tweedie on the advice of my neighbor.

Turns out the pipe was blocked with a plug of grease that the previous plumber deliberately left there (when I called to complain that the drain was still blocked they said i needed a special jet cleaning that would cost $1500).

Joe from Tweedie cleared the grease, replaced the garbage disposal unit and everything is fine.

Moral of the story: Check the Contractor's License on the State website. The first company has a history of malfeasance that is mind boggling.

Orange Coast should be proud to have a Master Mechanic like James Athens in their stable! James was punctual, professional and proficient. He was diagnostically persistent and systematically successful. After a messy Friday and a James-visit on Saturday, the first floor Ladies Restroom is once again fresh and opulent... and will be open for business on Monday morning!
