I'm more concerned with the clearing of the pipe/drain.. like how long will it last before I give a good review. But I will give four stars because the gentleman who performed the service had a great personality.. he always made sure to get my attention to talk with me step by step, he was very thorough, and explaind to me what he was doing, when he was doing it, and why he was doing it. He answered all my questions respectfully and he was very courteous, like a good friend, He also made it a point to get my attention to show me all the grease and sludge that he was getting from the snake as it went from the kitchen area to the bathroom. Now I realize for the best results I must stop doing things like pouring grease down my kitchen sink drain no matter how small the amount is, and I'm very interested in using the product he recommended to me (I purchased) for my drain maintenance (Bio One). He also recommended the hydro pressure treatment, but before I make that decision I want to investigate that a bit more. I also have a few more pressing issues at my place that I must take care of before I make the decision for the hydro pressure treatment. But I am satisfied with the service.

I had a leaking faucet that needed to be replaced ASAP. I called the office and Ivan sent Tyler within the hour. He gave the price and left me to arrange the building water shut off and was here this morning on time and had everything done in less than an hour. He cleaned up the area and the new faucet looks fabulous ~ Thank You for the service and will definitely call for any other issues

Called DB Plumbing to ask about fixing a broken leaky faucet in my backyard. They were responsive, professional, and addressed all my concerns. We worked out a schedule for them to come out and they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Needed to have both toilets tuned up. Both had water that would run. Jeremy arrived promptly, was great with my old golden retriever and provided thorough explanations on everything that needed to be done. Pricing was good and had needed parts with him. Did not have to leave and come back. Happy I purchased the family plan.
