Woke up this morning to no hot water, to make things worse my water heater heater was leaking, Called this company at about 630 in the morning in a complete panic not expecting anybody to answer. Miguel answered the phone, was not pushy at all, referred me to the website to schedule an appointment. Not even an hour later received a phone call to confirm. Robert came over and suggested a tankless water heater, explained the pros and cons. I felt the tankless was a perfect fit for me. The recent heavy rain caused some flooding to my backyard, I made a emergency call to Fanti Plumbing, spoke with Robert and he came over as soon as he could to check out what was going on. After assessing the situation, I chose to hydro jet the draining system in my back yard because it was clogged and causing the flooding. Robert used a camera to inspect the drains from the front of the house curb to the end of the pipes and ultimately there was root intrusion within the pipes and it caused damaged/cracking to the pipes underneath the cement. So glad I called Fanti Plumbing, they are very honest and upfront about pricing. Pricing is fair and the quality of work matches. I will be calling Fanti Plumbing to move forward with the repairs that need to be made.
