Mikey did a wonderful job, he was courteous and efficient. He understood what needed to be done and quickly fixed it. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because this took three occasions to happen because they didn't put notices in our complex that the water needed to be shut-off. It seems routine, but I needed to follow up several times to make sure it happened. It likely was a miscommunication between Scott English and the management company.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

Spencer was phenomenal. I reached out to him when our water heater broke, and he responded the same day. He was out to our house the next day, and we had a new water heater, at a great price, within a couple days. As the son of a general contractor, I appreciated Spencer's honesty, reasonableness, and quick turnaround. He also had a very clean workspace, and covered our possessions close to where he was working to make sure nothing would get damaged. I would recommend him, and use him again, in a heartbeat.

I had a whole house repipe done by creative repipe. This company went above and beyond from the pipe replacement to the patch work, I am extremely satisfied. I got 3 quotes and they were the least expensive as well.

My toilet was clogged and Paco came over to take care of it. He was very courteous and professional. Pricing was reasonable and he was here on time. I would highly recommend this company. Now days is hard to find an honest plumber. Thank you Cal Pro Plumbing for being great.

A very committed staff start to finish. The sophisticated equipment used was helpful, and the staff was very patient at explaining things to me very clearly. Good communication and customer support throughout the whole process. Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. Ben was amazing!!! Ben was really friendly and professional and definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues. I had an issue with my toilet and he took his time to listen to the issues I had and understood exactly what they were and gave his professional advice with several options to choose from. He explained in detail of all the options and what to expect making sure we fully understood. There were no rushing to get quick answers and really gave us time to think about it.
It was my first time calling a plumber so I was nervous about it but talking to Ben was very reassuring.

Man oh man! I had our bathroom flood out and Rob came out and saved the day! My expectations were blown away by the professional and great prices he gave out on emergency rate service. Definitely will use them again for routine service calls etc.

One of the best experiences that I have had with any plumbing company. They Repipes my entire home and with paint and patch up in 2 and 1/2 days.
They are a big team and they work as a unit. They know what walls to open to minimize the drywall repairs. They quickly repaired and painted their work. I called them one or two times for minor cosmetic issues and they came right away to repair and took responsibility. Very professional.
They promised the time, they exactly did what they said, they planned so we still have water and we were not getting disturbed by the scope of the project. Honest, professional, responsible and great value.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!
