Called Tweedy to unclog a pipe that was causing a back up. They temporarily unclogged the pipe but a few weeks later the problem re occurred causing a huge mess.

When I called them back to come and fix it properly they wanted to charge me like I was an entirely new customer (no discount, no responsibility whatsoever) and only wanted to talk about all the potential issues that could be causing this. I didn't care about that, I'm not a plumber, I called them to fix it not lecture me on various plumbing issues!!!!!!

They clearly did not properly fix the problem correctly the first time. In my opinion these guys are a bunch of bandits.

Their initial assessment is $85 but I ended up paying over $400 for a job that wasn't properly performed. I've learned my lesson, I will never use them again.

Bottom line, they didn't fix my problem. They take no accountability for their incompetance. These guys are a joke.....and yes...I am happy to share my experience with others, especially when they don't stand behind their work. Great talkers lousy plumbers.

Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in easy to understand words instead of technical terms. I’m very happy with Barker and Son’s. The only issue is that they are very pricey. However, I think you get what you pay for.

As a first time home buyer who discovered a leaking toilet, he even checked all other fixtures in the house to make sure they were in order, and gave tips on how to care for them. We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

I am the type of person who is always going to shop around for the best deal so I definitely do my research beforehand. What surprised me most about Clean-Out Kings was that not only was the quote cheaper than everywhere else, the service was phenomenal. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and honest.
