We had to install a flange on slab pretty quickly so we could address a pest control issue and Don was suuuuuper responsive and patient throughout the whole process; response times were almost instant. Mike came out for service and was professional, clean and very polite. We are located in San Juan Capistrano which is outside their typical service area but they came highly recommended by my parents and now we see why. I use these guys for a commercial office building in Santa Ana. Someone always answers the phone and they arrive when they say they will. I have interacted with 4-5 of their plumbers throughout the years and they have all been nice guys who do quality work.

He ghosted on us

Started noticing a knocking sound near the pipe where the water feeds into the house. Called Professional Plumbing and Vance came to take a look. He said that it could possibly be due to the water softener, which they do not service, and to call someone that does water softener's just to make sure before they ripped open the wall. There was no charge for the check.
Although they did not find the issue, it's such a great feeling when you find a company that is honest and not trying to take advantage of you. He could have easily tore open the wall and asked questions later. If I ever in need of plumbing service again I am definitely calling Professional Plumbing first.
