I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. Raul and his son always come and help me out with unclogging pipes (bathroom, kitchen, shower) in my aunts house . Last time they were here helped install a dish washer and replaced the sink/disposal with a whole new set up. My aunt is happy and I am thankful that I known him for several years to help me with the plumbing problems I come across in the house!
