We placed a service call because we did not have gas coming into our business, we were unable to use our kitchen appliances. Matt came and did a great job to help us identify the source of the problem. Although he was unable to fix the issue, he was able to pinpoint us in the direction we had to go to get it fixed!Thanks again for all your help Matt, our gas is up and running! We used professional plumbing bathtub stopper replacement and unfortunately found an issue with a hairline crack in the tub either from installation or during manufacturing which made it difficult to reseal the pipes and make it watertight after the work was completed.

Jay and the Professional Plumbing team came back and investigated the issue and even though we think it was not due to damage caused by their work they stood by their warranty and offered to cover the cost of repair and reconnecting the plumbing to address the issue for us.

Had leaking water heater. Called Cleanout Kings since they did great work in my shower plumbing. Bobby was the one to show up. He was very quick to find the issue and explain in detail. He immediately worked with us in getting a replacement and get the work done that same day. Pricing was more than reasonable. He installed our new water heater went over instructions in full detail and made the whole experience 5 star one for me and my wife. I'm telling you, these guys are the best in the area. Will continue to be a customer, hoping that the next issue we have is a smaller one lol.
