The plumber arrived (in the first hour of the 3-hour window) to provide an estimate for non- emergency work. He vas very knowledgeable and I approved the estimate to replace the water main shut-off valve and add a hose bib. He was able to perform the work immediately instead of scheduling a time on another day. I’m very happy with the service provided and recommend Orange Coast Plumbing.

Pete Padilla and his team are amazing! Pete was very thorough and honest in his explanation of the plumbing problems we were having. Though the issues were extensive, Pete and his crew were efficient, considerate, and timely. He is very skilled and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and did the job well. We will definitely be calling him again with our next big (and small) plumbing needs.

Mikey did a wonderful job, he was courteous and efficient. He understood what needed to be done and quickly fixed it. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because this took three occasions to happen because they didn't put notices in our complex that the water needed to be shut-off. It seems routine, but I needed to follow up several times to make sure it happened. It likely was a miscommunication between Scott English and the management company.

I have been using J&M plumbers for over 2 years now, they are prompt , honest and the moat important thing is that they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs urgent services as they always make themselves available. They also cover a large service area which is always a plus

I got my toilet leaking problem fixed as soon as I contacted wih Clean-Out King's two days ago. Again, I got another problem today, and I called him again. Two hours later, he came and fixed it completely without additional charge.
The plumber, Bobby Tieu was so nice and excellent with reasonable price.
I'll call him again if I have plumbing problem and highly recommend this guy.

We called around 3 companies for installing a new water heater and they were the only company who didn't immediately try to up sell me. I had the brand of water heater I wanted to use and they were receptive and showed up to our house to install it and were professional every step of the day.

I was having issues with my water heater and they investigated with me over the phone, we exchanged messages over text with pictures I sent, scheduled an appointment and they told me some things to try first. I was able to get it resolved on my own BECAUSE of them. I asked if I could venmo something as a thank you and they just said that I did a good job. Talk about a good impression. I can't imagine a more honest and helpful introduction and will tell anyone needing a plumber to reach out to them. Thank you again Old Town if you read this!

I used him few months back, he showed up on time but after trial & error to find a problem still charged me for stuff he did that was not necessary. His rates are extremely expensive and faucet that he fixed are broken again. I even asked a friend that used him and he too no longer going to use him . there lots of other plumber that know their stuff and doesn't take you to cleaner. Absolutely not recommend him
