One of best service experiences I have ever had. From beginning to end they were responsive and professional. Jeff the service man, was excellent in explaining our situation and what was needed to be done WITHOUT PUTTING ANY PRESSURE ON ME. Even encouraged us to go back to original installer if we wanted since it would be under some warranty. Wow, he wanted best for us even if it meant losing the service. I chose Jeff and he fixed everything to working order and cleaned up as well. I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to anyone needed plumbing help.

ZERO STARS ACTUALLY!! I had an appointment between 1-3 on a Friday afternoon. At about 2 o'clock I called to ask what was going on as I had not received a phone call yet. The girl said oh yeah this must be Kevin. I am sorry we meant to call you and let you know we can't make it until later in the day but not sure when. She said she would call me at 3 with an update but they will FOR SURE BE THERE BY 5 if I can wait until then. I was never called until well after 4 pm and all they said was sorry. Can we schedule for another day.

Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. Contacted Do It Right Plumbing with an issue involving replacing the Anode Rod in my water heater. Upon arrival of the plumber named Ryan who assessed the problem thoroughly, it was decided that the replacement would not be possible. He determined, with great surety, that the old rod would required a greater cost to remove than I had anticipated. Although, Ryan continued trying several other removal methods we mutually agreed to stop any further attempts. Ryan was very pleasant, personable and professional. He communicated very well, every tactical possibility to meet the challenges of the service call. Ryan is a valuable asset to your organization and should be recognized for the favorable image he displays in the name of Do It Right Plumbers. Top notch job by Red Line Rooter of fixing a messy exterior main line broken pipe at my house. Strongly recommended if you have a plumbing issue. They are good.

If I could leave less than 1 star i would. These are the biggest scam artists ever. They charged me 700 and my plumbing was backed up with 12 hours again. I had to call a different plumber with CGS they had it fixed in 20 mins for a 3rd of the cost and it has never given me a problem again. I asked Roto Rooter for a refund or partial refund being I am a single mom and they said we don't feel like we should refund anything.
