I purchased a house with the intention of fixing it up and selling it. We knew all along it would need all new pipes since the original were old rusted galvanized pipes. I studied a few companies and chose creative repipe frankly because of the top quality materials, their pex system is in my opinion the best around. The other reason was their warranty is transferable to the new owner, so when I sell it the new owner will have a good lifetime warranty. I was glad I chose this company it went great no problems at all and I was surprised that they finished on time. I should also ad that their price was the lowest. I will definitely use them again on my next flip.

Wow! Have used MANY plumbers over the years, and let me just say that I was BLOWN AWAY from the service with Coast, specifically with David H, and also, over the phone with Lucy.

They were VERY accommodating , kind and prompt! Lucy was great on the phone, and was able to work around my schedule, and acted fast! They work Saturdays, and provided a fantastic value (unlike others I have used that hit you for a premium rate on Saturdays)!

When it was time for my appointment, I received a courtesy call letting me know the Technician was on his way. This allowed me to not have to wait at home all day on a Saturday. Super convenient!

Upon arrival, David was very kind and professional, was able to help me and provide insight and clarity with both an A/C and plumbing problem I had. He cleared everything up. Just had Zach come by to check out a sudden leak. When it is an issue with your home, the most important factor is timeliness and knowing they care as much as you care. Glenn and Zach are our new go to plumbers!

I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and in both bathrooms. Recently, one of the bathroom spigots did not move from the base - the entire faucet totally rotated with no water output. Had been putting off having a plumber called but that was the last straw. Thankfully, Aaron's Plumbing and Home Repair, Inc. sent Angel. He was professional, knowledgable and knew how to fix each problem within minutes. I admit I'm sometimes hesitant to call for home repairs. If you're like I am, you'll feel very comfortable having Angel in your home. He was not only on time, they called as they were en route and am so relieved to have those plumbing issues finally fixed. I would recommend this business, especially these two employees - with no hesitation.

We’ve had Jeff come out and work on our home several occasions with various plumbing issues. He is always respectful very detailed in all work he will be doing. He does a fantastic job very clean. Extremely rude over the phone! Called to have someone come out to give me an estimate for some work on my house. Right off the bat, they made several incorrect assumptions then promptly spoke over me and raised their voice when I tried to correct their ignorance. You don't have to be the best or the cheapest to get my business, but you do have to be respectful to the customer. They spoke down to me as if I knew nothing about having a sewer line installed, but they didn't know I'm an architect and deal with plumbing issues routinely. What's worse is that they wouldn't even let me explain that to them. I would NEVER use their services and neither should you.

I've read your response and it reiterates all the incorrect the assumptions that you made on the phone. Since our one-sided conversation, I've had several, qualified, plumbers come out free of charge to look at the property and give me estimates. None of them wanted to charge me $425 (unlike you). However, the cost is not what bothered me; you're free to charge whatever you want. What bothered me was that you spoke over me, were very impatient and assumed my project would fail with me acting as the GC without even knowing my background or abilities. PS - there's a nice way to let people know you're not interested in doing a job.

Ameri- Cal Repipe is a fantastic company. They bid a re- pipe cost and stick to that cost. I'm a contractor and all there work passed city and state inspections. This is the company you should use for all your plumbing work.

I think they are great! I am a retired older person and Larry was kind enough to allow me to make payments for a large bill. they have always been on time, courteous and honest. This makes the difference for me.

I don't know about the actual plumbing service. I didn't get that far, but the female representative who answered my call was very rude, impatient and unprofessional.
My deaf boyfriend called with a video relay service and was told they didn't provide services in Santa Ana even though they're located there and then abruptly hung up on him. I then called and she in fact said they did service Santa Ana. I've never called a plumbing service and she seemed like I was wasting her time simply by asking questions and clarification. When she asked if I was owner or tenant, I eventually explained that my brother and I were part owners (so that makes me an owner) but she said I need the owner, and rudely hung up. This lady needs lessons in customer service!
