Work was performed as ordered, however there where numerous problems. I told at least 3 people before the technical arrived exactly what the problem was. However, once he arrived he only performed an assessment on drain piping which was not having an issue. He then commenced to try and upsell me on services and products which where not the reason why I called. I am unsure if this was their intenional, or just an end result of poor communication within the company.Further, while they were at my residence they made unprofessional attempts to purchase my vehicles.And in the end, after they left, they did not turn the water feed to the he back on. Guess they wanted to make sure that if there was any problems with their workmanship that they where far away when it happened.

Very responsive and friendly service. They did a great job and the price was reasonable.

I highly recommend De la Rosa Group for plumbing and HVAC work. I’ve used them for both indoor and outdoor plumbing, as well as work on my furnace. David Ramos was very helpful and professional in his approach to the work I needed performed. Also plumber Shawn Hammond is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly repair my bathroom plumbing.

We had to replace the washing machine and the kitchen drains from the inlets to the sewer. Jose and His crew did an excellent job and kept Us informed the entire time. He was very helpful and didn't mind answering all of Our questions. The pipes We have are 60 years old and with the help of their camera, We were able to see that the pipes had disintegrated and letting in mud and debris. Jose also had to break up some concrete and get into some drywall, which He was able to patch.

We have had nothing but great experiences with Orange Coast! They were able to come out same day for an estimate. Nolan was our installer and he was able to complete the job quickly despite unexpected hiccups with the existing plumbing. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

James was amazing. We had a washing machine installed where there used to be a second vanity in a bathroom. First time running it backed up immediately. Turns out the 2 drain had so much build up it was barely 1 anymore. He performed a de-scaling on the pipe going out like 30 feet. He explained the issue and how it would be resolved. Now the washer drains perfectly. The place was built in the 60's so we were worried about how old the pipes are. James was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. I have been using Orange Coast Plumbing for over a decade and no matter who comes out, we are always happy with their work.
